Eligibility
  • Participation is open to all students and technology enthusiasts.
  • Participants may compete individually or in teams (maximum 4 members per team).
  • Each participant may belong to only one team.
Project Requirements
  • All projects must be developed during the competition period.
  • Teams must create an original solution and must not submit previously completed projects.
  • Open-source libraries, frameworks, and APIs may be used with proper attribution.
  • Projects must be web-based and aligned with the competition theme.
Submission Rules
  • All required deliverables must be submitted before the submission deadline.
  • Teams are responsible for ensuring that submitted links, files, and repositories are accessible.
  • Late submissions may be disqualified unless approved by the organizers.
Fair Play & Integrity
  • Plagiarism, code copying, or unauthorized use of another team's work is strictly prohibited.
  • Any form of cheating, misrepresentation, or violation of the rules may result in immediate disqualification.
  • Organizers reserve the right to verify the originality of submitted work.
Judging
  • Judges' decisions are final and binding.
  • Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, functionality, technical implementation, user experience, and overall impact.
  • Organizers reserve the right to modify judging criteria if necessary.
Intellectual Property
  • Participants retain ownership of their projects and intellectual property.
  • By participating, teams grant the organizers permission to showcase project details, screenshots, and presentations for promotional and educational purposes.
Code of Conduct

All participants, mentors, judges, volunteers, and organizers are expected to:

  • Treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.
  • Respect the opinions and contributions of others.
  • Follow instructions provided by organizers and event staff.

Any participant found violating the Code of Conduct may be warned, removed from the event, or disqualified at the organizers' discretion.

Organizer Rights
  • Organizers reserve the right to amend these rules if necessary.
  • Organizers may disqualify any participant or team found violating the rules or engaging in misconduct.
  • Organizers are not responsible for technical issues, connectivity problems, or data loss experienced by participants.
